Typically, you pay a percentage of the total bail amount—commonly around 10%. This fee is non-refundable and serves as payment for our services.

The fee paid to a bail bondsman is non-refundable. If you paid the full bail amount directly to the court without using a bondsman, that may be refunded depending on the case outcome.
